Sterling Silver Traveler’s Brandy Warmer by Asprey London

This fine, Sterling Silver Brandy Warmer by Asprey of London was a portable way for gentlemen of the time to sip their libations while out on the chilly English countryside. Sold in it's original camel-colored, bovine-leather case. This piece consists of an small oil burner (with closure cap), heating stand, and serving cup. The pieces stack together to fit inside of the case, and can be easily taken out and assembled as pictured. This fantastic and rare piece is fully functional. 

 Asprey of London, founded in 1781, was once one of the leading luxury brands of Europe. A precursor & retailer of Tiffany & Co., Asprey specialized in silver and gold jewelry, cutlery, barware, and timepieces. The company opened on 167 Bond Street in 1847, where it still stands today. Asprey has had running Royal Warrants since the time of Queen Victoria, with Prince William holding a Royal Warrant for Asprey Company to this day.
