1895 Monography Gilded Crystal Globe Banquet Lamp by Edward Miller

An excellent 19th century American Astral (Globe) Lamp. Patented by Edward Miller in 1895, this model labeled ''New Juno No. 2' features all pierced brass. Four clawed base supports an ornate 18" inch Corinthian-pillar stand, above which a round, engraved oil-reservoir houses an adjustable, singe-wick burner. Original glass chimney.

 Victorian Frosted Crystal Monography Globe shade, with gilded detail. No cracks. An excellent and functional piece with collectors patina (could be polished at customers request). Original condition, non-electrified.
