Fine 1922 Emerson 9" Oscillating Electric Fan, Model 29645. This carefully restored piece features it's original leather base and wiring. This fan oscillates 180 degree's with a single bearing motor, it was originally a 3-speed fan (this particular fan functions on levels 1 and 3, could not operate on level 2 without complete disassembly).
This Emerson Fan just celebrated it's centennial anniversary, and is a beautiful and functioning piece of Americana to add to any collector's library or office space. This fan has a 9" blade diameter, 10" with cage. Features the "Scalloped Parker Blade", invented in 1899 by Herbert L. Parker, President of Emerson Electric and Manufacturing Equipment.
